The Silk Medium
To echo the feel of water and shadow, paper was never the point. Each piece is an art print on 100% silk. The fabric carries a subtle sheen that catches the light and lifts the submerged subjects into focus.

Each work is meticulously created by hand at the London studio. The process is slow and deliberate. The silk is printed using reactive dyes for a brilliantly bold finish, then stitched and stretched over the wooden panel before being secured into the frame.
limited edition w/ coa
These works are released as a strictly limited edition. Once the edition closes, it closes. Turn the frame over to find the bespoke Shadow Works Certificate of Authenticity. Printed on heavy 300gsm card and housed in a dedicated holder, it records the piece as part of the collection.
